In the beautiful surroundings of the Polish Hill River region of the Clare Valley, lies the winery belonging to husband and wife super duo Alison and Neil Paulett.
Neil graduated in Oenology in 1971, and began working as a winemaker for Penfolds Wines in Sydney. After 10 years' experience, they both set about finding the perfect spot to establish their own family vineyard – and the perfect spot it is too!
The Pauletts are passionate about what they do and speak only a language that the ‘juice drinkers’ do – and that is to raise your glass and sip up the good stuff! Here's to Australian wine - Paulett style, cheers!
