Scott travelled Australia to develop his appreciation of regional differences and this understanding of the environment means he is able to bring out the best characteristics of each wine that he creates - whether it is from the Hunter or the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills. As Scott puts it “winemaking is a true art form, but its real value is evident only when wine is shared with those most passionate about it”.

The Hunter Valley may be steeped in history but it is the young breed of winemakers in the area continuing to make it a leading wine district.

For Scott it is all about the wine, whether he is making an award-winning Zenith Semillon or pushing the envelope with a wild yeast Chardonnay and wonderfully vibrant Briosa Rosa, Scott tries to make wine as memorable as the brand’s unique labels.
