There are three tiers of wines. All named after nearby goldmines. The "Two in the Bush" range introduces the style and quality of the brand. "Bird in Hand" features the very best parcels from every vintage. The "Nest Egg" range is created only in exceptional vintages and each bottle is individually numbered.
The Nugent family has surrounded itself with a commited team, including Kym Milne MW, ensuring wine quality is always at the forefront. All share the common goal of becoming one of the world's great wineries.
Bird in Hand also produces world class olives and olive oils. They have earned a reputation as South Australia's finest and are available at some of the most prestigious outlets around the world (including Harvey Nicols).
