Crittenden Family Winemaker Mornington Peninsula Story by Crittenden Estate

"All things must pass:And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars:See that ye be not troubled:For all these things must come to pass:But the end is not yet...."

.....well not for a little while anyway, they're all having too much fun at Crittenden Estate and democracy is the order of the day now that they operate as a true second generation family business.

Everybody wins a prize: Rollo is breaking new ground each passing vintage with his, and his sister Zoe's, Los Hermanos (The Siblings) wines and their Estate Pinots and Chardonnays, and garnering national awards such as "2010 Australian Young Gun of Wine".

Zoe is grappling with the complexities of web marketing and questions like "How important is social media?" and the company founder (Grandfather and "Grumpy" to the upcoming third generation Finn, Maia and Oscar) can be seen in the vineyard checking on his Soil Biology, counting the ladybirds and, approaching his seventh decade, dreaming about planting another block of vines to full organic practices. Nothing odd about that really is there?
