The Beechworth wine community believe that while their wines may not be the pinnacle, they are bloody good. Honest, clean, luscious. Food wines are what Beechworth is all about. Casey and others in the wine community live in Beechworth because they love the place and they are in the wine industry for its honesty, its integrity and its passion.
Beechworth may not be the "big end" of Australian wine, but it is the passionate end.
