There's Patrick Gehrig, Sales & Marketing - a fifth generation Gehrig in the wine industry. Pat's the sporty one who rides, swims or runs every morning. He says it counteracts his love of food and wine.
And Marc Scalzo, Winemaker, who credits his wine knowledge to his dad, who has 45 years in the industry. Marc and his wife have three young kids, so weekends are about family and his five acres of vines.
Phil Chamberlain, CEO, is the ‘father’ of Re. He brings the team, its customers and the future together. With his wife Karen, also part of Re, they raise a family, participate in the region and run Rutherglen Estates.
And finally, Matthew Partridge, Viticulturalist, who keeps visitors enthralled for hours on the complexity of the vineyards. He's the organised one, even the vines run to his schedule. Matt says ‘you can’t make good wine without good grapes’.
