Situated in the small village of Bethany in the Barossa Valley, Schwarz Wine Company is a winery with a big heart and unique family links.

Jason's parents are second-generation Barossa Valley vignerons with his family first planting Grenache in the valley at the end of WWII.

Jason has been watching his parents lovingly tend to their vines all of his life and although winemaking was not what he intended .....destiny intervened and a real passion for winemaking was discovered after working in some of the world's finest wine regions.

Jason's primary aim has been to showcase the variation in the region's vineyards, allowing the true character of the fruit to be preserved.
