Southwest of Mt Barker - in the heart of the acclaimed Great Southern region of Western Australia - vines and olive trees flourish side by side in the cool, pristine climate.
The 3drops vineyard includes 15 fertile hectares of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet and Shiraz, growing alongside Italian, Greek and Spanish varities of olive trees.
The name 3drops was chosen to reflect the attributes of three precious liquids - wine, olive oil and water - with both the vineyard and olive grove irrigated by a large wetland on the property.
The melding of time honoured tradition, passion and sensibility, with contemporary techniques and the latest technology, allows 3drops to produce wines with unique varietal and regional characters.
